PATIENT QUESTIONS

What to know before requesting care.

How will I find a dentist near me?

Once a service area is active, enter your ZIP code or city to see participating dentists. After choosing a practice, you can submit a request or call UDN for assistance.

Can I request help online or by phone?

Yes, when the service launches. Both the online form and the click-to-call option will reach Urgent Dentist Now’s intake and routing operation. We coordinate the request with the participating practice.

Can I receive emergency dental treatment within 24 hours?

Participating practices must be prepared to provide clinically appropriate emergency dental treatment within 24 hours of accepting a referral. A visit is not confirmed until the dental practice accepts it, and availability depends on active local coverage.

Are appointments available right now?

Not through this website yet. We’re onboarding participating dental offices and completing the operating system before opening patient intake.

Does Urgent Dentist Now provide dental treatment?

No. UDN coordinates referrals and appointments. All diagnoses and treatment decisions are made by the independent licensed dentist.

What if I can’t find an available dentist?

If no participating practice has suitable capacity, we won’t display an unconfirmed appointment. We will expand coverage as verified dental offices join the network.

Can I use my dental insurance?

Insurance participation, coverage and out-of-pocket treatment charges depend on the dental practice and your insurance plan. Check those details with the treating office before your appointment.

What types of emergencies might need urgent care?

Severe toothaches, swelling, cracked or broken teeth, damaged crowns and other urgent problems may require prompt evaluation by a licensed dentist.

When should I seek emergency medical care instead?

Trouble breathing or swallowing, serious facial injury, uncontrolled bleeding, or other severe symptoms may require emergency medical attention. Call emergency services when appropriate.
