After locating a participating practice, you can request coordination in whichever way is easiest for you. Neither path bypasses Urgent Dentist Now’s patient intake and routing system.
01 Submit an online request
Tell us your location, preferred dentist and general urgent-care need. The request will enter our centralized intake workflow. Our team will confirm the practice can accept you, then send the visit details.
02 Click to call UDN
Prefer to speak with someone? A UDN answering service will take your information and route the request through the same system. We will add the dedicated phone number and call functionality before opening patient intake.
Online intake and click-to-call are inactive during prelaunch. Please contact a licensed dental practice directly if you need treatment now.
Treatment is provided by the dental practice.
UDN coordinates accepted visits. Participating dentists must be able to provide clinically appropriate emergency dental treatment within 24 hours of accepting a referral. Diagnosis and treatment decisions remain with the licensed provider.
