HOW IT WORKS · FOR PATIENTS

From dental emergency to treatment.

Search nearby practices, request help online or call UDN, and let our coordination team arrange an accepted visit with a participating dentist.

THE PATIENT JOURNEY

One place to find care and request treatment.

Both online requests and calls come through Urgent Dentist Now. We coordinate with the dental practice rather than sending unconfirmed appointments directly into its calendar.

01

Search your area

Enter your city or ZIP code to find participating dental practices serving your location. Results will be displayed only in active UDN service areas.

02

Choose how to reach us

Select a participating dentist and submit a short request form, or click to call UDN for assistance. Both options enter our centralized intake and routing process.

03

We coordinate the visit

UDN checks the selected practice’s availability, the type of urgent dental need, and its ability to accept the referral.

04

Get confirmation

After the dental office accepts, we communicate your appointment details. Participating practices commit to clinically appropriate emergency dental treatment within 24 hours of accepting the referral.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You speak with UDN. Your dentist provides treatment.

UDN handles the connection

We manage requests, provider matching, appointment coordination and confirmation. Our intake team doesn’t diagnose dental conditions or guarantee a visit before a dentist accepts.

The dental practice handles care

The independent licensed practice evaluates your condition and determines treatment. Practices participating in active UDN markets must meet the 24-hour emergency treatment standard for accepted referrals.

Our network is preparing to launch.

Patient search, online intake and click-to-call support will be activated only after participating dental practices and operating systems are ready. If you need care now, contact a local licensed dentist.
